Although I only spent a month at Wise Women Fitness, I felt that my time was so valued there! Thanks to these wonderful ladies, I was able to regain my confidence and feel strong and capable again. So grateful to have found a place that allowed me to feel safe and loved.

I’ve loved my training at Wise Wiman Fitness so much. I have very personalized sessions with Terrie, she listens to me, watches my form, challenges me, and I’ve gotten much stronger. The gym is clean, quiet, and well equipped. It’s a convenient, pleasant place to workout and I will keep going for years to come. Thank you Lynn for creative such a wonderful gym!

For someone who has NEVER felt comfortable in a gym, finding Wise Women Fitness has been the best thing to happen to me in a while! After working with Lynn for just four weeks, I am amazed in the changes I am seeing in my body, and MORE importantly, the changes I can FEEL!
